So, I had three interviews. The first was with the recruiter, just the basic stuff and they told me about the team and what they expected. Then I talked to the manager, and that was more technical and about my experience. The last one was with a director, and that was more about strategy and dealing with clients. I sent my thank you email and then heard nothing for two weeks, so I followed up. Turns out they cut the role because of tariffs affecting their money. They didn't give me any feedback or suggest other jobs.

I was directly contacted on LinkedIn by their in house recruiter who said the role would suit my experience. I noticed it seemed to be a cross channel role as opposed to Paid Social which was my background, the recruiter vehemently reassured me that that’s what they wanted and they were looking for that background. When I joined the interview, the interviewers seemed to be looking for a cross channel planner not a paid social specialist at all, I was then asked to explain how my experience fit the role multiple times. Afterwards, the recruiter gave me feedback that I didn’t get it because they needed someone with cross channel experience.

First, I talked to a recruiter who gave me the rundown on the process and asked about my skill level. Then, I met with 4 different managers for about 2 hours. We chatted about them and the company. They asked some basic questions about my experience and analytical skills. The final round was with the director, where we discussed personality and situational questions. I think there was also a background check involved.

There were 3 rounds initially. First round was with a third party who asked about JavaScript, React, and Next JS. The second round was with the internal team, and the third was a client round. Everything went well. Then there was a 4th round which was an HR discussion, where she covered all the formalities, but I haven't received the offer yet. She's not picking up calls. When I called from another number, she mentioned that 50 profiles are on hold and she needs to get back to all of them.
