I applied online and a recruiter reached out in a few days to set up a phone screen. We talked about my experience and two open roles on different teams. She then sent my application to one of the teams and I ended up interviewing with three people. The whole thing took about two weeks, and I got the offer just two days after my last interview. The recruiter was really nice and told me to call them directly if I wanted to share how I felt after any interview. It's funny, I've applied to this company five times over four years and this is the first time I even got an interview.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved a one-on-one with a Project Manager, followed by a subsequent interview that led to an offer. The whole thing was pretty disorganized; the initial interview was with a contractor who was only available late in the evening, which wasn't great after a long day. Getting feedback was also slow, as their internal recruitment team took a while to respond. To top it off, the role they offered was for projects I had specifically mentioned I wasn't interested in, making me wonder if they were really keen on hiring me. The salary offer was also on the low side.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Met with a bunch of really great people and they asked some good questions. I was really impressed with how quickly they got back to me and how thoughtful the questions were. There were several rounds of interviews where I met with leaders at different levels of the company. All in all, I was very impressed with the people I met and the whole process they had set up.
