Account Manager
The hiring process spanned three months. I initially applied online after attending a recruitment presentation at my university. While HR was sometimes very responsive, other times they were quite unresponsive; I sent my application in November and didn't get a response for an interview until late January. After a few back-and-forth emails, I had a brief, 30-minute phone chat that covered some basic questions. Right after that, I was invited for an in-person interview the same week. I met with four different people, each for about 30 minutes. These were all very casual discussions, and everyone I spoke with was really nice and happy to answer my questions. But then, I didn't hear anything back, even though they said HR would follow up. After sending many emails over three weeks, I finally got an email stating I didn't get the job. Generally, the people I met were great, but HR's communication about the hiring stages was inconsistent and could have been better.

Account Manager
The interview process began with some email exchanges and phone calls, then moved on to more detailed interviews via Skype or in person. I spoke with four Account Directors, each conversation lasting about 30 minutes. They were all really professional and helpful, and the whole experience went pretty smoothly.

Account Manager
HR gave me a call first to screen me, asking about my work history and salary expectations. The onsite interview got pushed back once because of client issues. When I finally went in, one interviewer couldn't make it. The interviews were super conversational, and everyone was really nice. No tricky questions. All three people I met kept asking about my "ideal job." I didn't get the offer because I didn't meet a requirement that wasn't in the job description and wasn't even brought up on the phone screen. I liked the company, but I wish they'd been clearer about what they wanted so I didn't waste an afternoon and money on parking for a role I wasn't a fit for.
