Applied online and got a call back around 2-3 days later. Scheduled a phone interview, and the interviewer called exactly on time. The call lasted about 7 minutes. We briefly reviewed my resume, almost too fast, felt like an initial screen. The interviewer was friendly but talked more than me. They asked about salary expectations early on, making me feel like money was more important than finding the right fit. The call ended quickly, and I felt I had to jump in to even try to "sell" myself. They mentioned passing my info to hiring managers, but I never heard back.

I had a recruiter phone screen first. At the time, I didn't think much would come of it since I wasn't available to start for a while, but then the recruiter reached out about a position that had opened up and wanted me to interview with the ACD. Since I wasn't in NY, we did a Skype interview, which went pretty well. Mostly, the ACD talked about the role and gauged my interest. I received a phone offer about a week later, and then the official offer letter two weeks after that.

The recruiter was nice and got back to my emails fast. The interviews were pretty chill and we mostly just talked about what I've done. Overall, it was a really good experience. It started with a phone chat with HR, then an in-person with the lead designer, a couple of VPs/directors from the team, and a director from another department.
