Behavioral Technical

The interview process was very thorough. I was in touch with a recruiter who kept me updated throughout. I spoke with multiple people. The recruiter also provided information about competitors and the timeline for the hiring decision. Everyone I met seemed very intelligent, and I was very interested in working there. After an initial phone screen, I had an in-person meeting with my potential direct manager and two other individuals on the same day. The office environment was quite unique, resembling a typical advertising agency with amenities like a foosball table and video games. The final interview was conducted over the phone. An informal job offer was extended by phone, followed by a formal offer via email and a hard copy sent via FedEx.

Behavioral Presentation

Applied online, then had a phone call with HR, followed by a 2-hour in-person meeting with 5 interviewers. The whole thing took about 3 weeks. Mostly, everyone was great and respectful, except for one person. This interviewer was a mid-level account person who clearly didn't know much about the digital space. They asked me questions while looking away and doodling on my resume the entire time. It was the most disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional interaction I've ever had. The recruiter was also slow to respond, requiring several follow-ups. Ultimately, they said I was a culture fit but wouldn't be moving forward with my candidacy, and they gave no specific feedback.

Case Behavioral

The interview process is thorough and organized. They put equal emphasis on your skills, experience, and whether you'd be a good cultural fit. Be ready for behavioral and case study questions and exercises. The interviewers have been trained on how to interview and do a good job explaining the process and flow. Interviewers tend to focus more on whether you are a good fit than trying to woo you.
