Media Planner
I had a super-day in the office for seniors, which was set up like speed dating with 3 interview rounds. The lounge area was really small, making it hard to hear the interviewer. The questions were simple and didn't allow me to showcase my experience, making the evaluation process unclear. It felt like a poorly thought-out process.
- No difficult questions
Media Planner
HR reached out initially and set up a morning full of interviews. The HR rep was there to greet me and had my whole morning planned out with back-to-back interviews. It was a really laid-back vibe. Everyone seemed super energetic and friendly, and the office was buzzing with activity. My advice to future candidates is to bring a bunch of resumes and be ready for several interviews in a short amount of time. Make sure you prepare questions and do your homework on the brands.
- Can you tell me about your research experience?
Media Planner
I had a phone screening and then an in-person interview with two people. The first person was pretty chill and seemed into me. The second person, a lady, was actually super rude and didn't seem that interested. Honestly, she was one of the rudest people I've ever interviewed with, maybe she was just having a bad day. I was really bummed out about it, and I wouldn't have taken the job even if they offered it because she was the kind of leader you'd never want to work for.
