Account Executive
There was only one interview round. I spoke with 4 different account managers for about 30 minutes each. They asked about my background and previous experiences from my resume. It felt more like a conversation than a puzzle.
- Can you share an instance where you experienced failure and successfully turned it into a positive outcome?
Account Executive
I met a rep from the company at a college fair and then got invited to an on-campus event to chat casually with some employees. The next day, they let me know they liked me and wanted me to come to their office for an interview. About a week after that, I had a round robin interview with 4 people. It was mostly behavioral, focusing on my experience and why I'm interested in the company. We talked about my background and what I could bring to the role. Around a week later, I got a call with an offer, which I accepted.
- Can you name some companies with marketing strategies you find interesting currently?
Account Executive
There were two rounds of interviews with different team members. For the client services team, they're mostly looking for personality and culture fit. As long as you are presentable, speak with clarity and confidence, and know why you're sitting in the interviewers chair, you should be fine. If you're not a native English speaker, they might ask you to prepare a short presentation in English (many of our clients prefer English).
- Are there any clients or industries you would prefer not to work with, and what would be your ideal client or industry?
- Could you share your favorite digital campaign?
