The interview process was really long, like ~30-60 days according to their own page, and it felt like my time and effort didn't matter. They cancelled interviews multiple times, sometimes with no notice, and I often had to chase them for updates. It was messy communication-wise between the hiring team, recruiter, and scheduler, and they used template emails that didn't acknowledge how my time was disrespected. After the final step, I had to ask about the offer, and was told no. They offered feedback, which I accepted, but never heard back. The job did sound appealing with the salary, remote work, and crypto industry, but the experience was full of red flags. I won't reapply or recommend it, though everyone I spoke to was friendly and the interviews weren't too hard.

The interview process is lengthy and feels a bit dated. They seem to really favor candidates with fintech or crypto backgrounds, and rarely reach out to people from other industries, so don't be discouraged if you don't hear back. The first stage involves some kind of IQ test, which I think can be easily manipulated. After that, you do a portfolio presentation with the recruiter. They record this and show it to the hiring manager, and then you have to present it again to the manager in the next round. Honestly, it feels unnecessary and not a great use of time. There are about two more presentation rounds where they request several changes to your presentation. Following that, there are three rounds focused on whiteboarding, critiquing an app, and assessing culture fit. The process can be quick if they need someone urgently, but it includes too many rounds that aren't really needed.

Don't bother with this company. It's a waste of time. You have to go through a lot of tests and an IQ test, then an onsite interview. But then they nitpick you and reject you with people who have less experience than you. The interview questions are easy, but they'll find any little thing to disqualify you. Also, the demographics of the interviewers are a bit telling about the company culture. And some interviewers have a strong accent, making them hard to understand.

The process was super clear, but they had a really high standard for every stage. I got all 'yes' votes from the interviewers, but still no offer in the end. The recruiter was great, giving good feedback after each round and helping me prepare. My interview rounds were: an online test, a call with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, followed by product sense and product analytics interviews, and finally a loop with senior folks.
