Still in the process- step 1: recruiter pre-screen call step 2: General Manager in person next step- may take several weeks but if move forward will have zoom with regional and then VP. If a turn down is not received then you are still being considered for the role. For me, step 1+2 happened within 5 days. TBD if I move to 2-3

There were three rounds initially, starting with a phone chat with someone who was pretty chill. Then, I went on-site for another interview. This guy was no-nonsense, asking for genuine answers, not made-up stuff, like about a negative trait without the usual spin. He said if I didn't have an answer, it was fine not to invent one. It was a bit weird but kind of nice. After that, another manager interviewed me. They seemed to like me, and then I met with what I think was the General Manager for a final chat. So, that was three interviews, and then they sort of combined the fourth interview into the third one because they were in a rush and I didn't have to come back.

The interview started with me introducing myself and my journey. Then, I was hit with some really tough questions that required me to think back on challenging situations from my past work experiences and explain how I handled them. Honestly, it felt pretty uncomfortable.

The interview process with Cintas was professional and organized, focusing on my sales experience and how I handle customer relations. It started with a phone screen to talk about my background in sales management and client service. Then, I had a more detailed interview with a branch manager, which included questions about specific situations and my behavior. After that, I did a ride-along to see what the day-to-day job involves and get a feel for the company culture, which seemed very focused on professionalism and taking care of customers. The last interview was with senior leaders and was about my future goals and making sure I fit with Cintas's values like integrity, teamwork, and having a strong work ethic.
