Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cintas.
Administrative Assistant
There were three rounds initially, starting with a phone chat with someone who was pretty chill. Then, I went on-site for another interview. This guy was no-nonsense, asking for genuine answers, not made-up stuff, like about a negative trait without the usual spin. He said if I didn't have an answer, it was fine not to invent one. It was a bit weird but kind of nice. After that, another manager interviewed me. They seemed to like me, and then I met with what I think was the General Manager for a final chat. So, that was three interviews, and then they sort of combined the fourth interview into the third one because they were in a rush and I didn't have to come back.

Administrative Support
I applied for an internal position after working at Cintas for over five years. The first three interviews went well, and both Corporate HR and the hiring manager were responsive. However, after several weeks with no updates, an external candidate was hired and started working before I was even notified by HR.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Executive Assistant
They utilize the Meticulous hiring method. Situational questions are posed. I underwent a phone screen, followed by a panel review. Subsequently, I interviewed with the supervisor, who seemed to have already decided to hire me. The process wasn't overly challenging.
