The whole process took about two months to get through all the interviews. I had a total of 6 interviews. The first was a phone screening, the second was on Teams, the third was onsite, and then two more over Teams.

Behavioral Technical

The HR Manager from the company reached out on LinkedIn about a job opening. After reviewing the description, we scheduled a phone call to discuss it more. The phone interview was fairly straightforward, covering my experience, the role details, and some behavioral questions. About a week later, I had an on-site interview with the Plant Manager, which included a tour and more behavioral questions. I felt this went really well. I was also shown around the plant and could ask any questions I had about Cintas, the facility, or the job. A week after that, I had a third interview with the Regional HR Manager, again with behavioral questions. It was quite short since I'd already had most of my questions answered. Because I was the first candidate interviewed, it took a few weeks to hear back. They invited me to lunch with the first two interviewers to reconnect. I was optimistic after that personal meeting. A week later, I got a rejection email, which was a bit disappointing after investing two months, but it was generally a positive experience. The second interviewer mentioned that Cintas managers don't discuss candidates between interviews; the final decision is made when they all get together to pick the best candidate.

I applied online and then had a phone screen that same week. After that, I went through three interviews, and then got the offer pretty quickly, which also included a tour. The whole thing took a couple of weeks, but Cintas stayed in touch between the interviews. The questions were about the job and asked for examples from my past work.
