The interview process was very bland and they lied. They described the job as one thing, but I heard from others that the actual work is different and involves helping out in the warehouse. Overall, it was a bad interview experience, and I expected it to be better.

The whole thing was 4 interviews, all 1 on 1. Started with a quick call to see if I was a good fit, ask what I wanted to get paid, and some basic situational stuff. Then I had two interviews with directors and a final one with a regional VP. Everyone was pretty chill, and while they all did things a little differently, they all asked me to talk about myself and then answer about 3 "tell me about a time when..." questions. It felt like a lot of interviews and took up time, but they let me know super fast after each one if I was moving on.
