We had a video interview. It was nice and relaxed. They asked questions about safety, my past experience, and working in a team. Also, how I dealt with specific scenarios in the past. It went for about twenty minutes and there was a panel of three interviewers. It was one of the easier online interviews if you're prepared.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process typically includes a phone screen, a video interview, and a 1:1 interview. The length of the process can vary, with some roles taking over a month and others being resolved within a week. For graduate roles, it's common to have about 6 video questions and some game-based assessments. Interviewers often use the STAR method for behavioral questions like 'Tell me about a time when...'. Behavioral and scenario questions commonly touch on safety and ethics (e.g., making a safety decision), teamwork, leadership, and handling challenges. Interviews usually begin with introductions, clear expectations are set, and the tone is kept professional yet relaxed.

We had a casual chat at a coffee shop first. Then they screened my CV, checked my previous experience, looked at the type of projects I worked on, and if they were similar to what they needed. They assessed my skill sets. It was a verbal interview. Afterwards, there was a background check and a medical fitness check, plus a police clearance.
