First, there was an initial video screen. Then, after about 3 weeks, there was one round of technical questions that were very specific to filter for exact technical experience. After that, one round of behavioral questions was arranged in one to two days, which was more on the behavioral end.

I had a video interview through HireView for the role. BHP sent me a link to complete it quickly, and it was live for about 3 days. It was a bit weird to film myself answering questions. I had 3 minutes and 30 seconds to prepare for each question, and I could re-record my answer up to three times.

Behavioral Technical Presentation
This was a STAR behavioural based interview. They asked 3-6 questions. It's a tough process if you aren't ready for behavioral interviews. Sometimes HR doesn't tell you the interview format. For some technical roles, when you're on your way to the interview, they might unexpectedly ask for a presentation. You'll have to create and give a presentation during your interview.
