I had a one hour video call with the managers I would be reporting to. They talked about the job and what it entails. They asked me some questions that were not technical and some that were. I got a verbal offer but they didn't tell me anything about the pay. Then I didn't hear back from them.

The interview with the technical panel went okay. However, the HR department never followed up with me. It has been 5 months since the interview, and I still haven't heard back. I reached out to 3 different HR representatives involved in the hiring process, but none of them responded to provide an update on my application status. This is quite an unusual experience, as typically there's at least a courtesy to inform candidates about their selection, rejection, or the status of their application.

The hiring journey began with some online tests, then I had a one-way virtual interview, followed by a two-way virtual interview with the supervisor. After that, there was a due diligence phase, and then they made an offer. The whole thing took about 6 months.
