Mechanical Engineer
Submitted an online application, then took an online test. This was followed by a phone interview. After that, I went to an Engagement Centre which had 3 separate 12-minute interviews (with a mining engineer, geologist, and superintendent) and a 12-minute group questions session, plus a 60-minute group activity.
- Can you share an experience where safety was a key consideration and what you took away from it?
Mechanical Engineer
Did some online video answers for general character questions and some logic puzzles. Got an AI generated personality result. Then, the human interview was with the hiring manager and someone in the same role. This was useful to get insights in the role.
