I applied in July and was contacted in September 2012 for an initial HR interview. The interview went well, and I was subsequently sent numerical and verbal reasoning tests, for which I had practiced extensively and performed exceptionally. Following this, I was invited to a final interview with the hiring manager. I had a week to prepare, during which I thoroughly researched the company, including its charter and operations. The final interview was conducted via video conference. I felt confident and believe I answered about 90% of the technical questions correctly. The interview lasted for about an hour and 12-15 minutes. Despite feeling positive about the interview, I was informed that they would not be proceeding further with my application.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, they went over the benefits, and then I had a panel interview. They asked a lot of technical questions based on my resume and drilled me on the details of every job and job function. There were also questions about my weaknesses and strengths. Overall, it was an enjoyable interview :)
