So first up there's a video interview with like 7 questions, you get to re-record them as many times as you like to make sure they're perfect. After that, you do some psychometric testing to check your numerical, logical, and behavioural skills. The whole thing can feel like a bit of a marathon because they take ages to get back to you between stages.

I had a few interviews that were pretty straightforward. They were mostly psychological assessments, involving strange images with unusual shapes and things like that. It was a bit odd, honestly. They weren't really focused on technical skills, more on soft skills.
