Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was straightforward and involved an assessment centre for some parts. Applying was easy through their online portal, and the operational staff were helpful. This was all before any COVID restrictions.

I had a telephone interview first and then an in person interview. They asked me a bunch of questions on the phone, and I passed that. Then I was asked to come into the store where the job was, and I had one-on-one interviews there.

I got a call, and then an email about the interview. It was a one-on-one, but two people interviewed me and then they met afterwards. It lasted about an hour.
