Candidate-reported interview process

The process mostly involved asking if I knew anyone working there, which didn't really relate to the job itself. It felt like a family business, and if you didn't know someone already there, you probably weren't getting the job. Pretty much a nepotistic setup.

I was told it would be a group interview, but it wasn't. They said they'd get back to me in 48 hours, but never did, even after I emailed. They asked me about my experience, teamwork, and how I'd handle difficult customers.

It was a single-stage interview that lasted about 30 minutes. Two people interviewed me and asked typical sales-related questions. The vibe was friendly and welcoming. No specific preparation was needed. They asked me to sell a pen to them. It was a straightforward process, nothing too challenging.
