Candidate-reported interview process

We did a group activity and then I had to present a product from the shop floor for a few minutes. After that, I had a one-on-one with the store manager where we talked about my CV and past work experiences.

It started with an online application, then a phone interview, and finally an in-person meeting. It felt pretty chill, but honestly, it took a while for what it was. I had to present an item and then they asked questions about it.

Did an online test with maths and situational questions. Then had a phone call with some basic questions about my background and motivation for joining B&Q. Finally, I had an interview with two managers. It was all pretty straightforward.
