I applied through their website. I got a phone call interview pretty suddenly, where I had to answer questions about my competencies. I felt like I bombed it. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview at the store with the deputy manager and a supervisor. It felt pretty laid-back, with standard interview questions.
very easy interview process, you talk about what’s made you look into working there and then you go through a number of scenarios and how you’d act in that situation.
The interview process started with a telephone interview. After that, there was a two-part in-person interview. The first part was a group activity where we had to introduce ourselves and then pitch one of the products that were on the table to the group. If we passed that, we went on to the second part, which was an individual interview where they asked us questions about our skills, experience, and availability.
