Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was pretty chill and the interviewer was nice. They asked standard questions like about your strengths, how you cope with pressure, and how you'd handle a situation with an upset customer.

It was an easy process and the people were welcoming, it was well organised and the interviewers made me feel comfortable and clearly explained the roles and expectations that's my experience

We had a group interview where we were asked to go through the store and find some items. I think they were watching to see how we work with other people. After that, I had my own interview where they asked me the usual questions, like why I want to work for B&Q.
