Candidate-reported interview process

Had a 30-minute phone chat that was pretty chill and relaxed, which was good. After that, I was supposed to have an in-store interview with the area manager. Setting that up involved being passed around a lot, and eventually, I just decided not to go through with it because the whole process felt really unprofessional.

The first step was a phone call where they asked about the brand and gave three hypothetical situations. After that, I had to do some work before the next interview, which involved creating and delivering a presentation about how to launch a new process to a back office team. This presentation was given to two area managers.

I was invited by HR directly to apply for the role and had a brief 30-minute chat with them. After that, I moved on to the next stage where I met with two team members and gave a short presentation they requested. Unfortunately, I never got any follow-up from HR regarding my application, even after I emailed them asking for feedback. It was quite unprofessional.
