The interview process was straightforward and involved an assessment centre for some parts. Applying was easy through their online portal, and the operational staff were helpful. This was all before any COVID restrictions.
The interview involved questions and answers, plus some on-the-spot questions while on the shop floor. It was pretty easy, though some questions felt like they needed more in-depth answers. There wasn't much pressure. The shop floor part was about discussing merchandising, looking at things like pricing and stock levels.
it was pretty chill, i felt welcomed and not like i was being tripped up on any of the questions. the questions were simple and easy to answer. it was outlined pretty simply what i had to do and what was expected of me
