Candidate-reported interview process

I had a telephone interview first and then an in person interview. They asked me a bunch of questions on the phone, and I passed that. Then I was asked to come into the store where the job was, and I had one-on-one interviews there.

Group role play with a team exercise to show communication and teamwork skills, followed by a personal interview. It was pretty chill. This was the format in 2018.

First I did an online interview/c.v., then a few days later I had a phone interview. The following week I was asked to come in for a one-on-one informal chat, but then I never heard back from them.
