Got a phone interview first, then they asked me to come in for an in-store interview. It started with a group thing we had to get ready for, where I had to pick a favorite B&Q product and chat about it for about 5-10 minutes. After that, it was a one-on-one chat with two interviewers. It was pretty laid-back and friendly.
I sent in my application online. After that, I had a phone call, and then they invited me for an in-person interview at the store where we did a group activity. Finally, there was a one-on-one interview focusing on competencies.
We started with a group interview with about 10 people. We all got some info together, and then we split into individual rooms for one-on-one chats where they asked standard questions.
