The interview process was quite straightforward. It had three main parts: first, an online application where I had to complete a form detailing my interest in Atkins and my motivation for the role. Then, there was an online assessment that included a situational judgment test (SJT) and a numerical reasoning test. Finally, I had an online interview that lasted about 1.5 hours. This interview was split into three sections: an introduction to the company, personal questions to get to know me better, and a technical assessment.
The interview process was pretty basic, with questions about why I applied, my experiences, and my knowledge. The technical question or challenge was hard though. They said you don't need to prepare beforehand, but honestly, you really do if you want to do better than I did.
I had several online interviews and some online quizzes a few years back. Ultimately, they introduced new criteria for the position that I didn't meet, so I didn't get the job.
