First, there were some online tests and a quick phone call, which seemed to go well. Then, I had to go to an assessment centre, but the atmosphere felt really fake and uncomfortable, like it was overly formal. I tried to ignore it and things were going okay until the interview part. During the interview, they talked about one of the tests I did that day. That went alright, but the interviewers were a bit awkward and acted kind of arrogant when they answered my questions. It turns out the actual job was different from what was advertised, so I was actually relieved I didn't get an offer. Talking to other people who applied, they all felt the same way about the vibe there.
