Candidate-reported interview process
The interview process was pretty basic, with questions about why I applied, my experiences, and my knowledge. The technical question or challenge was hard though. They said you don't need to prepare beforehand, but honestly, you really do if you want to do better than I did.
So basically there are three rounds. The first is a GD, where we were given a task about a plane crash. We had to choose 7 out of 15 given things and give reasons. Those who got selected then had a technical round and an HR round.
The interview process consists of three steps: First, there's a group task where candidates are put into groups to do a task. Then, if candidates did well in the group task, they go to a technical interview where they ask questions about your resume. Finally, HR will do a general HR interview with the candidates who are selected.
