It started with a group briefing, then two people interviewed me. They asked mostly about general work scenarios or my past work. I was also asked why I wanted to join a company with a focus so different from my studies.
I had a phone interview with HR which went well, and then progressed to formal interviews that were like an assessment centre, conducted via Microsoft Teams. Overall, it was a pretty positive experience.
I did all the tests and questions, spent a lot of time on the application. But I never heard back from them even to let me know I didn't make it to the next stage.
