Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process involved a team interview with an introduction and a 1.5-hour session. It included a pre-prepared question requiring a presentation to the interviewers. The technical questions were engineering-focused, with specific ones on nuclear reactors since the role was offered in that area.

There were three interviewers and the whole thing took about an hour. The conversation mostly revolved around electrical protection. A foreigner was also part of the interview panel. It felt very good and casual. Towards the end, the HR representative asked some questions, including inquiries about my previous job profile.

I applied for a year in industry placement. This involved an online application, then two exams, then a formal interview. Later I reapplied for a summer placement, and during this placement I was offered a graduate position.
