Applied in Nov – Dec and heard back in Spring. The interview process was relatively slow, starting with an online test and a 'record yourself' task. Be aware that job posts might not mention the required security clearance, which can be a blocker for joining. The actual interview day involved an initial 30-minute meeting with HR to discuss benefits and office details, followed by a 2-hour interview with two engineers.
The interview went pretty well, focusing mostly on technical stuff in my area. We also had a group discussion about current affairs. The interviewer was really knowledgeable about everything we discussed.
The interview was in Glasgow. It had a 30-minute technical test and then a 1-hour HR interview. The technical part was about solid mechanics and project prioritization. The HR part was standard stuff you find online.
