Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process involved a group exercise, a solo written report exercise, and an interview that included a presentation. You needed to prepare a PowerPoint beforehand for the presentation. The group exercise was straightforward, focusing on collaboration and idea exchange, including acknowledging and building upon others' suggestions.

Had a telephone interview as part of the application, which was needed to get an invitation to the assessment centre. It was pretty relaxed and explained what the assessment centre would be like. Then had another interview at the assessment centre which was more thorough.

We started with some tests, and then had a really chill, informal phone chat. The main goal was to get to know you and see if you'd vibe with the company.
