Candidate-reported interview process

I had several online interviews and some online quizzes a few years back. Ultimately, they introduced new criteria for the position that I didn't meet, so I didn't get the job.

For this position, the interview is with a single panel member. Initially, you'll be asked some basic questions about yourself. Then, we'll quickly go over your portfolio. Finally, you'll have the opportunity to ask any questions you might have.

It was a two stage interview process. They used the STAR method. Questions were aimed to probe knowledge, skills, interests, and motivation. The interview panel were knowledgeable about the area and asked good follow-up questions.
