So, first they look at your resume, then there's like a phone or video chat, and then you do a bunch of interviews in person or online. They're basically seeing if you have the right stuff, if you can do the job, and if you'll fit in with the team. They pick the best person for it in the end.
Started with a quick intro about myself. They asked what I knew about the company and why I wanted to work at Atkins. Then, there were competency and technical questions. It wasn't too hard, and I felt pretty comfortable. The interviewers were nice.
I applied online with my CV and some specific questions. Then I had to do an online situational judgement test. After that, my application was reviewed and I had a 1:1 interview at their office.
