Candidate-reported interview process

First there were some aptitude tests (numerical, logical, etc), then a prerecorded interview asking about motivations for the role and company, followed by a MS Teams interview with two people where they asked motivations, competency and technical questions. These were pretty standard graduate level questions.

The interviewers were friendly, and nothing seemed designed to trick you. They do ask questions about your project management approach, so be prepared for a more technical question too. Feel free to ask for paper and pen if you think it will help you explain your answer better.

It was a fair and seamless process. There were two interviews: the first one was with two interviewers, and the second one was an online group interview where we had an individual task and then a group task.
