It was easy and straight forward. They asked some managerial questions, but no deep technicalities were required. It took an hour or less. You will get a chance to ask your questions. Make sure to read your CV well and prepare your main job responsibilities and tasks.
They have some flexibility in working hours and a nice environment if you're good at reading people. Otherwise, don't let them walk over you. Salary negotiations weren't very professional.
So basically, there were general competency-based questions first, and then it finished off with a test. This test had general electrical questions on things like three-phase power and ratings, but also some trickier questions about lighting. The lighting questions were pretty specific, not something you'd typically cover in a standard university EEE course.
