Candidate-reported interview process
I did a technical assessment on Glassdoor for the cyber security intern role, and after that, it was silent for a month. They said the assessment went well and that I'd be in the candidate pool for the next 6 months if a position opened up. I didn't get an offer.
It was a three-round interview process. The first round involved talking with HR about general things. The second round was with the software manager, where we discussed my resume and they also gave me some simple coding and debugging problems to solve. The third round consisted of two software engineers who tested my coding skills with screen coding questions.
Solo 3 entrevistas, aunque bastante espaciadas entre sí. Considerando que hubo muchas entrevistas durante ese periodo diría que debe ser bastante ágil en tiempos normales. Inglés indispensable al ser una empresa con equipos internacionales
