Everyone was punctual which I really appreciate. We all introduced ourselves at the beginning of the interview. The questions asked were appropriate. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and it was a good experience.
This was an on-demand interview, which was a new and interesting experience for me. I was a bit nervous, but I hope that doesn't count against me.
They investigate your background thoroughly to avoid wasting time if your salary expectations aren't aligned with theirs, and they'll let you know if that's the reason they're not moving forward. If you're interviewed, they won't tell you anything if you're rejected.
