Me fue bien en la primera, segunda y tercera entrevista, me dijeron que habría una más pero al final ya no me volvieron a buscar. Pésima experiencia de ghosting porque al final siguen contactandome otros reclutadores para posiciones con ellos (Aptiv), si ese es el trato al candidato no imagino el trato del empleado.
The interview was a good experience, they interacted well with me, which impressed me and made me feel more comfortable discussing technical topics. In about an hour, I learned new things that can help me improve in those areas.
The first interview was a technical one with a case study, really relevant to the job. The second interview was more administrative and focused on the financial side. They were very fast in responding to candidates' applications with decisions.
