The interview process was very nice. They mainly focus on 3D tools. If you have 3-4 years of experience, it's good to train more on the NX tool. Knowledge in plastic design process would be an added advantage.
First call with HR to get to know the candidate and discuss their background. Second call with the manager, always conducted in English. Third call with the head of HR with the final offer.
I'm a masters student who was interviewed by Aptiv during their on-campus placement drive. It was a nice experience. They asked about my projects and some coding questions. The HR was also nice and asked about my career paths, projects, and why I chose VLSI and embedded systems.
