So, first there was this assessment test, like, in Python and C++. If you did okay on that, then you had an HR round. After that, it was a technical interview with the hiring manager and some technical expert. Finally, there was one more technical interview with another senior technical person.

I talked to two different people on the phone first, then I met with 3 different managers. All the managers had different interview styles. One manager did a technical interview but no coding, it was more problem-solving. Another manager focused on my resume. The third manager did a coding interview. So each manager interviews differently.

The interview process involves three stages. First, an HR call lasting 15-20 minutes to check my interest in the role and discuss salary expectations. Then, a 30-45 minute call with the hiring manager. Finally, a technical panel interview with 3-5 team members, which could be conducted via Teams or on-site depending on the specific team.
