Candidate-reported interview process
The interview process was smooth, and the panel members were very friendly. There were three rounds in the interview: the first was technical, the second was techno-managerial, and the last was HR. Each round was an elimination round, and they took about 30-40 minutes to evaluate candidates for the technical round.
It was a two part online interview. First part was with HR, covering availability, salary, and similar questions. Second part was with a team leader, focusing on questions to gauge your technical knowledge. Both parts were a mix of English and Polish.
The job description and the interview they provided were completely different. I really disliked their interview process. I wish they would at least give accurate information to people before inviting them for an interview.
