The interview process was conducted very professionally. There was only one round of interview, and it covered a wide range of skills and experience required for the position. It was done remotely by 2 senior managers.
Four people interviewed me in English. They wanted to know about my qualifications and previous work experience, especially my current job. It was a detailed interview, but not tense, and I felt good and inspired. I think it was a recruiter call, technical screen and an onsite interview.
Had a phone call, then an in-person interview after traveling 500 km. Never heard back even though I thought the interview went very well and my experience could complement and enrich existing skills.
