The interview was behavioral and technical, with one interviewer. It was a calm environment, and the interviewer was an Asian male. I felt the interview went very well, and it was for their financial development program.
Had a good interview with some professionals. It was split into behavioral and technical parts, but mostly technical. They asked a lot of basic questions about firm value and how to make things better. The whole thing took about an hour and went smoothly.
We started with a written test on basic finance concepts like NPV and Payback, which had five questions. Then there was a case study about an autonomous driving company's strategy, followed by a group presentation. The final round was an hour-long interview with senior leadership.
