The interview process was very easy and straightforward, involving just a few standard questions about why I want the position and why I'm a good fit for it. It took about an hour, and the managers were very involved in explaining the business goals.
The process includes a group activity with usually about 30 people. Everyone speaks individually and then they are divided into groups to discuss various news.
The whole interview thing was super quick. I applied and then like a week later had a phone chat. Then about a week after that, I went in for an in-person. It was pretty chill, just talking with two folks. Didn't get the job in the end, but the process itself was really smooth.
