Candidate-reported interview process

The process includes a group activity with usually about 30 people. Everyone speaks individually and then they are divided into groups to discuss various news.

I got an email about a phone interview, but it got postponed to another day. The interview eventually happened over the phone with one person and was pretty short, around 10-15 minutes.
