The interview process was very easy and straightforward, involving just a few standard questions about why I want the position and why I'm a good fit for it. It took about an hour, and the managers were very involved in explaining the business goals.
The interview was quick and precise, no beating around bushes or wasting time. The only problem was AOL took over 6 weeks after interview to come back with a rejection. Not sure if it is good to makethe candidates wait for so long if in the end the answer is no. 1st Round: Basic interview over the phone 2nd Round: Detailed cultural ambassador interview, Detailed Hiring Manager interview
I interviewed with two managers and the Accounting Director. We talked about my background and how it fits the role. The managers and director gave a lot of info on the job and team, and they were super helpful answering my questions about recent company changes.
