Got a quick 15-minute call from a recruiter, then met the hiring manager for a casual in-person interview at the office.
It was pretty easy but took a while. I talked to four people in total, from different departments and levels. First, an HR person asked basic questions about why I was interested and my strengths. Then, an associate on the account talked about the day-to-day work, my work ethic, and my experience with the role's responsibilities. Finally, two Account Managers asked situational questions and tested my knowledge of what's happening in the business. I mentioned interviews from the SVP and CEO and how they aligned with the company's yearly focus and my desire to contribute. Everyone was nice and easy to talk to, with well-structured interviews. No curveballs or uncomfortable moments.
A recruiter reached out via email to set up a phone interview. After that, I had an in-person interview on site with 3 members of the Account Management team. I also got a tour of the office and chatted with some other AOL employees to get a better feel for the Company culture.
